Attention:
- Preparation for delivery usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the "delivery time".
- APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.
- Customs tax is not included.
- Wholesale orders are not included.
- Shipping cost changes are accorded to the item quantity and weight.
- Due to the COVID-19 outbreak some orders may delay with standard delivery and we only send orders to other countries by DHL or UPS express. Thanks for your understanding.
Tips for shipping:
- Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.
- Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
- We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days. So please keep patience even there's one or two days difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong. Thanks for your patience.
